Notizia del giorno: L’Italia ha deciso ufficialmente di bloccare ChatGPT. Ma come mai questa decisione?
Lo strumento del futuro, che avrebbe cambiato il mondo dell’Intelligenza Artificiale, è stato bannato in Italia. Alcuni imprenditori, tra cui Elon Musk, hanno dichiarato che deve interrompersi lo sviluppo di ChatGPT, e che potrebbe avere impatti molto negativi, richiedendo 6 mesi di stop, e in questi 6 mesi cercare di creare delle misure di sicurezza per evitare che questi strumenti diventino pericolosi. Si prevede la versione ChatGPT-5 entro la fine dell’anno, e già la versione 4 è qualcosa di incredibile, e migliorare ancora di piu ChatGPT potrebbe portare a grossi rischi.
Serve tempo per adattarsi a queste tecnologie nuove, che sono sicuramente innovative, ma possono portare dei danni alla popolazione, se controllate male. Sentendo tutte queste parole, molti governi si sono spaventati, tra cui il Garante della Privacy Italiano, che in attesa di capire come reagire, ha bannato ChatGPT. Verranno rimborsati coloro che hanno acquistato l’abbonamento Premium nel mese di Marzo.
Il Garante della Privacy Italiano vuole un metodo per verificare la raccolta dati degli italiani, e vuole una normativa sulla Privacy. Richiede anche un metodo di verifica sull’utilizzo di ChatGPT per i ragazzi/e sotto ai 13 anni.
OpenAi ha 20 giorni di tempo per rispondere a queste domande e critiche, e creare nuovi meccanismi di tutela sulla privacy. Se questo non dovesse succedere entro i 20 giorni, ChatGPT, oltre ad essere bannato per sempre in Italia, dovranno anche pagare 20 milioni di euro di multa o dovranno a rinunciare al 4% del proprio fatturato annuale, non pochissimo.
